Immigrant Hope Atlanta focuses on family-based immigration legal services. If you:
are married or engaged
want to bring family over to the United States
need to renew a green card
or wish to apply for citizenship (or if you need most other immigration legal services!), we can probably help you.
Unfortunately, we are not certified to help people in detention or in the immigration court system at this time. However, we can refer you to attorneys and non-profits who are.
Fee Schedule
Our average fee is about $400.00, but can be more or less depending on the actual process. What matters most is knowing that we do not turn anyone away because they cannot pay. Our focus is on people getting the help and assistance they need.
When you call or come in, please be sure and ask what the fees are for the help you need. If you cannot afford the full fee, we will work with you on reducing the fee, set up a payment plan, or other options to keep immigration help affordable.
To be clear, we cannot help with the fees that the government collects. You have to pay those unless you qualify for a fee waiver, a form we will help you with.
On the lighter side, while we prefer money, we have been known to get paid in fruit.
